Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare
The app and its database run on Microsoft Azure, with Cloudflare sitting in front of every request. Both run in Microsoft's and Cloudflare's own data centres.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every connection is HTTPS over TLS 1.2 or newer, and the site instructs browsers never to try anything else. The database is encrypted on disk with Azure's Transparent Data Encryption, and Azure backs it up automatically.
What we never see
We have no access to WhatsApp — we cannot read your chats or send anything as you. Your answers reach no AI model. And we never handle money: a Bit request is between you and your customer.
Your leads stay yours
Export every lead to CSV whenever you want, and delete a form and its answers from your dashboard. The export keeps working even after a free account has expired.

Do you send the WhatsApp messages for me?
No. The form prepares the message and opens the customer's own WhatsApp with it already written — they press send. That is exactly why you need no WhatsApp Business API, no approval process and no per-message fee, and why the enquiry reaches you as a real chat from a real number you can reply to.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
No. Any WhatsApp number works. All you enter is the number that should receive your enquiries.
Can the form go out automatically when someone messages me?
Yes, and you set that up in WhatsApp Business, not here. Put your form link in its automatic greeting or away message, and anyone who messages you gets it back straight away. We do not send that reply and cannot see it — we have no access to WhatsApp at all. You also do not need WhatsApp Business for the form itself; any number works.
Can you read my WhatsApp chats?
No. We have no access to WhatsApp whatsoever. We cannot read chats, cannot tell whether a message was delivered or read, and cannot send anything as you. The only thing we can honestly report is whether someone followed the link through — and that is exactly how it is labelled.
Do you take a cut of payments?
No, and we never touch the money. A form can show the total and link to your own Bit payment request; the payment happens between you and your customer, in Bit. We also do not verify payments — treat an attached screenshot as something the customer uploaded, and check your Bit account before relying on it.
Does my data get sent to an AI?
No. AutonomousForm calls no AI model and holds no AI account. The "build with AI" feature writes a prompt for you to copy into whichever assistant you already use — you run it, under that provider's own terms, and you choose whether to paste the result back here.
What is the difference between the trial and Premium?
Every feature is on both — there is no feature paywall. The trial gives you one form and runs for 7 days. Premium lifts the form limit, never expires, and adds our team: we build the form around your business, including the branching that asks each customer only what applies to them.
What happens when my trial ends?
You can no longer build or edit forms. Two things deliberately keep working: forms you already published stay online and keep collecting answers, and you keep read-only access to the leads you already have, including CSV export. An expired plan should never cost you an enquiry or lock you out of data you already gathered.
Does it work in Hebrew?
Yes. The whole product is available in Hebrew, Spanish and French as well as English, and Hebrew renders right-to-left throughout — the dashboard, the builder and the public form. A form always speaks the language it was built in, whatever language the person filling it in happens to use.
Can I get my leads out?
Yes. Every form's leads export to CSV, which opens correctly in Excel including Hebrew, accents and emoji. That export stays available even after a free account has expired — the data is yours.
